Set in the gently rolling East Anglia countryside close to the Norfolk Suffolk border, Hill Farm's holiday cottage, Annie's Cottage, is located between Halesworth and Bungay close to Beccles with good access to Southwold, Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Waveney Valley.

This Bungay holiday cottage is kept scrupulously clean and fresh for the equal enjoyment of non-dog owning families as well as those looking for pet friendly self catering accommodation. The interior of Annie's cottage is light, bright and airy, yet with all the period features it has that lovely cosy country cottage feel. Annie's cottage is a great base from which to explore the Waveney Valley.

 Our Holiday Cottage

Our small Suffolk farm, Hill Farm, is located beside a quiet country lane just a mile from the main Bungay to Halesworth road, so as well as being peaceful and quietly situated in the countryside our holiday cottage also has quick and easy road access to the surrounding Bungay, Beccles and Halesworth amenities, as well as those in coastal towns such as Southwold, Lowestoft and Walberswick a little further afield.

Dog Friendly accomodation

Our self catering cottage accommodation near Bungay is dog friendly, so long as your dog is friendly and well behaved. This is a working Suffolk farm and so, although we are very pet friendly, dogs must be kept on a lead around our livestock and other animals.
